Regulatory
Scalapharm’s Regulatory affairs experts’ team is enabling support in order to maximize the commercial potential of the products of the company. We have extensive knowledge of the current legislation, high understanding of regulatory due-diligence and legislative hurdles and experience in Regulatory Affairs Strategies in Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania for all aspects of pharmaceutical products’ life-cycle:
- Preparation of applications for Marketing Authorization and Post-marketing applications (variations and renewals) through MRP/DCP and national procedures
- Pricing support and Product reimbursement support.
Product distribution
Scalapharm is a licensed wholesale distributor providing exclusive distribution services to the markets in Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania. Distribution to other markets in the Balkan region or other is possible upon request.
Depending on the product category, we distribute products in a timely manner to public and private
entities. We participate on public procurements.
The hospital products (hospital medicines, medical devices, medical consumable material, medical equipment) are delivered to public institutions (hospitals, clinics, health centers, general practitioner offices).
All the remaining products including Rx medicines, OTC medicines, homeopathic medicines, herbal medicines, medical devices, medical consumable material, food supplements and cosmetics are delivered to various private entities directly or through sub-distributors including private hospitals, private clinics and health centers, pharmacies, health food stores.
Promotion -Sales - Marketing
Scalapharm has a team of sales representatives dedicated to marketing and promotional activities for health professionals. We exercise our daily task of scientific visits to enable consultations for medical professionals covering a wide range of therapeutic categories.
